Here are some in progress photos of the painting I started in Cottonwood, Ca.
I am using Winsor Yellow, Permanent Rose, Winsor Blue Green Shade and Cobalt Blue.
I like laying in the shadows on the dress first and then painting the pattern over the top. After I’ve got all the pattern defined, I’ll come in and darken as needed to create deeper shadows.
